Tuscan Homes is a real estate agency in Barga, managed by the owners Rosanna Marini and Corrado Biagi, with passion and dedication to its clients.
We have distinguished ourselves in the property market for 30 years in the buying/selling of villas, farmhouses, apartments and prestigious properties, be it as second homes or as permanent residence.
We cover an area in Tuscany, near Lucca called Mediavalle and Garfagnana, which comprises notable towns such as Barga, Bagni di Lucca and Castelnuovo. Aptly described as "Hidden Italy" in a lengthy feature article in the Sunday Observer.

We have been established since 1989 and our objective has always been to make buying property in Italy as easy and straight forward as possible, clarifying all issues, be these of whatever nature, legal, hereditary (what gives the vendor right of title to sell/transfer) planning and building approvals both past and present, that these reflect a mirror image of the existing.
